Getting Started

Step 1:       Application + Initial Finance Meeting

Submit a New Student application to HCA.

Meeting with our Finance Director is required for all new students. Additional finance information including information about scholarships available can be found below. Each organization has its own specific eligibility criteria and deadlines. It is the family’s responsibility to meet all deadlines.  Our staff is available to help as needed.

Step 2:       Academic Records

Academic records may be faxed (863-385-5752), emailed (, or hand delivered to the school office along with the New Student application.  The following documents are required for review before proceeding:

  • Most current report card
  • Most current achievement test results
  • ANY behavioral records
  • IEP or 504 plan, if applicable

These records will be reviewed by our Director.  Once approved to continue, you will be notified to schedule placement testing.

Step 3:       Placement Testing

All new K5-12th grade students are tested during the application process. HCA will call to schedule a time for Placement Testing.  The fee is $75 and must be paid at the time of testing. Testing is scheduled according to availability of a testing coordinator.  HCA will make a best effort for a time that is convenient for the families.

Step 4:       Interview

Once placement testing has been reviewed, you will be scheduled to interview with the Director and/or representative.  At the interview, you will be provided with the results of testing and review the HCA handbook. You will have the opportunity to tour the campus.

After you have successfully completed steps 1-4, directions will be provided to the online enrollment process. The enrollment application can be accessed online by clicking on the ParentsWeb. You will be given a RenWeb username and password to log in to the system. The following forms must be submitted during the enrollment process.
